Shipping Information:

Shipping is usually done within 48 hours of your completed order and payment. I will email you if shipment will take longer than usual. Shipping is also done via USPS. At times, I may decide to ship an order via UPS ground, depending on the situation and at my discretion. I always check with the customer first to see if they agree.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: All sales are final! Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) have been damaged by the manufacturer. It's at your discretion if you'd like to purchase postal insurance to ensure that your merchandise gets to you safely. Insurance will be added to the postage costs.

Bottom line is, I always find the best and most efficient way of shipping, I don't want you to overspend on shipping costs! If in doubt, please don't hesitate to email me at any time.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of your completed order time. Just email me as soon as you can and I will refund you your money and/or make other acceptable arrangements!
